Projecto Marmita Semana 43/2013 - Lunchbox Projecto Week 43/2013


Segunda-feira / Monday
Almoço: Sopa branca. Quiche de frango, couve romanesco e brócolos salteados e tomate cereja.
Snacks: 1 pêra, 1 tangerina, 1 pão de mistura e 1 iogurte natural. Chá de alcachofra.



Lunch: Diet soup (I really didn`t know how to translate this. Literally is "white soup", it means a light soup made with potatoes, carrot, onion and rice or pasta, perfect to cure the stomach from large or spicy meals). Chiken pie, sauttée romanesco cauliflower and broccoli anda cherry tomatoes.
Snacks: 1 pear, 1 tangerine, 1 brown bread, 1 natural youghurt. Artichoke tea.

Terça-feira / Tuesday
Almoço: Creme de legumes. Croquetes de farinheira com salada de couve roxa-, couve branca, tomate cereja e rúcula.
Snacks: 1 pêra, 1 kiwi, 1 pão de mistura e 1 iogurte natural. Chá de alcachofra.


Lunch: Vegetable cream soup. Sausage croquets with purple and white cabagges, cherry tomatões and aragula.
Snacks: 1 pear, 1 kiwi, 1 brown bread, 1 natural youghurt. Artichoke tea.

Quarta-feira / Wednesday

Sem marmita.
No lunchbox
 
Quinta-feira / Thursday
Almoço: Creme de legumes. Salada morna de polvo, batatinha nova, brócolos, couve romanesco e rúcula.
Snacks: 1 pêra, 1 kiwi, amêndoas e 1 iogurte natural. Chá de alcachofra.



Lunch: Vegetable cream soup. Warm octopus salad, with new potato, broccoli, romanesco cauliflower and arugula.
Snacks: 1 pear, 1 kiwi, almonds, 1 natural youghurt. Artichoke tea.

Sexta-feira / Friday
Almoço: Creme de legumes. Strudel de ... (só posso dizer no Domingo) com batatinha nova, tomate cereja e rúcula.
Snacks: 1 kiwi, 1 romã, amêndoas e 1 iogurte natural. Chá de alcachofra.

Lunch: Vegetable cream soup. Strudel (I can`t tell you know about the fillingo, only Sunday) with new potato, cherry tomatões and arugula.
Snacks: 1 kiwi, 1 pomegranate, almonds, 1 natural youghurt. Artichoke tea.
